With MatIQ and StrömungsRaum®, you do not need a complete data set to get started. It is enough to upload the material datasheet or known properties such as MFI, density, and elastic modulus. Based on this and our comprehensive database, the system creates complete simulation material cards – including all relevant parameters you need for simulation.

Each card receives a quality label that clearly shows how complete and reliable the data basis is. This lets you see at a glance which predictions are dependable and where targeted follow-up measurements add extra value.

As soon as new measurement data is available, the system automatically upgrades your material card – from “roughly plausible” to “technically validated”. You move step by step toward full process security without losing valuable time.
